By engaging with our services, you acknowledge and accept these variations.


Subscription Plans

We offer subscription plans for customers who want convenient, regular access to our healthy meals.

  • Plan Enrollment: Subscriptions must be purchased through our official website or authorized outlets. Full payment is required upfront for the chosen duration (weekly, monthly, or yearly).

  • Renewal & Cancellation: Plans auto-renew unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. Refunds for cancellations apply only to unused portions and are subject to review.

  • Plan Modifications: Changes to meal preferences must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service.

  • Non-Transferable: Subscriptions are personal and cannot be transferred or shared.


Franchise-Managed Outlets

Many of our outlets are operated by independent franchisees.

  • Franchise Operations: Franchisees must follow Salado Cafe’s standards, menus, and policies, but we are not responsible for their daily operations or employment practices.

  • Customer Concerns: Issues or disputes at franchise outlets should be directed to the respective franchisee. We can help facilitate communication if needed.

Cafés and Dine-In Services

Our dine-in cafés offer an enhanced experience with exclusive menu items and offers.

  • Pricing & Menu Variations: Prices and menu items may differ from franchise outlets due to operational costs and local conditions.

  • Promotions: Café-specific offers or loyalty programs may not apply to subscription plans unless stated otherwise.

  • Health & Safety: We prioritize hygiene and safety. Please report any concerns directly to café management or customer support.


Refunds & Cancellations

  • Subscription Refunds: Refunds are available for unused portions of a subscription plan at our discretion.

  • Order Refunds: Refunds apply to incorrect or undelivered orders reported within 24 hours.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled only before preparation begins. Once an order is in progress, it cannot be cancelled.


Food Quality & Safety
